Herb vinegars are a tasty way to eliminate fat from your diet. Marinate, saute, and stir fry with them... You won't miss the oil!

 

Sprinkle Basil & Garlic Red Wine Vinegar on spinach or Basil & Berry Red Wine Vinegar on green beans or asparagus.

 

Add one or two tablespoons of herb vinegar to soups during the last fifteen minutes of cooking time:
